30 years of service and innovation
Info-Onscreen was founded on three principles.
- First – we take care of our customers. Without good customers there is no point.
- Second – make sure our team loves what they do and are proud of it.
- Third – make a fair profit. Because if we don’t, we can’t do the first two for very long.
We began making promotional videos for some of Australia’s most interesting companies in property, finance, high technology and healthcare sectors.
We pioneered putting these videos onto laptops – back when this was really hard. We worked with IBM and Toshiba to integrate hardware and software systems so sales people could play videos during meetings and presentations.
We called the software Presentation Builder because that’s what it did. Presentation Builder allowed companies to build a vast library of video, animations and slide screens that could be loaded onto their laptops and carried anywhere.
Info-Onscreen grew to be around 80 people – customer service staff, content producers, graphic designers, programmers and admin people. Our head office was in Sydney but offices in Melbourne, London, Seattle and Singapore followed.
We launched a number of innovative software products. The m-cast digital signage system, i-Learn online training, Edict cloud-based workflow and compliance management system.
The company scaled back after our European and Asian expansion ran afoul of the global financial crisis. Now, Info-Onscreen is back to its roots, helping companies communicate with their various audiences and to manage their internal systems for doing so.
What hasn’t changed is our commitment to our core principle – our customers are always first.
